Attending life coach workshops

Hi Everyone
Last week I attended a workshop about health and fitness. The workshop was conducted by a life coach in my home town.
He did not study thru New Insights, but I still learnt a lot.

If any of you are able to attend other life coach's workshops, for yourself, it will be great to do so. We can learn so much from people who already done this even if they are not New Insights trained.

It was great to see how he used the same techniques that we learn about in the manuals, also in a group session.

Hope all of you have the opportunity to attend a similar workshop and then share your experiences.
