Children have the Right to be Loved by their Parents

I would like to share my insight on the children who have been abused or being neglected by their parents in such a way that sometimes they feel unwelcome in their community and feel the need to go to the street where there will be nobody to take care of them.

I am a young guy who is unemployed and trying to find a Job where I can work with such children all around the continent to teach them what it means to have the warmth of love. I have tried contacting so many Departments to offer my services in this regard but none of them have answered me on this.
