Course Approach

Have just completed Manual One, and found myself spending a lot of time on the goal setting exercises, fantastic results, really inspiring!
My initial approach was to watch the DVD session 1 presentation, go through the manual with a written overview of my goals, then to go through the DVD no. 1 again, with main focus on the goal setting session to break down my goals, starting with the the life wheel and following Neil's direction with his client. This has worked well for me, and I plan to do session 2 in the same way. I would value comments/feedback from the other current trainees as to how they have approached it.
