New Insights Africa launched in July 2007 as the Southern Africa franchise for New Insights Global.
Since launch we have had many thousands of enquiries about our home study life coach training programme.
We conduct a formal survey of our customers at two points:
A few weeks after purchase once they have received the programme and had time to briefly familiarise themselves with it. We call this our 'initial customer feedback'
Some weeks after trainees have completed the certification process. We call this 'final customer feedback'
We collect aggregated statistics for those customers who respond to our surveys and we update the overall picture roughly every two months.
