Helene du Toit

My professional career:

I have always loved helping and supporting people and am therefore lucky enough to develop a career in something that I enjoy.

I obtained a BComm (Hons) Industrial Psychology degree (Cum Laude) whilst working as the HR Officer at a well-known travel and tourism company. This gave me a unique opportunity to combine my academic knowledge with practical experience. I focused specifically on the relative new field (at the time) of employee wellness, and spent much time researching this area. I discovered the importance of a happy person = happy employee = happy company.

I realised that the best way to make a true difference in people’s lives was through one-on-one life coaching. My New Insights qualification has enabled me to develop my skills so that I can help and support people in every situation.

Within my coaching practice, Credo Coaching, I aim to create a positive environment where development, empowerment and success are within everyone’s reach.
