If I do this programme, will my qualification be recognized?

Hi Bill

I have passion in working with people. I want to be a motivation speaker one day, but I would first like to start by being a coach/mentor. Will this program allow me to do that after I qualify, and if yes Do I open my own practise or do I work in a company as a consultant. Please help me as I want to start now in June.
