My professional career
My career started in 1980 at the University of Stellenbosch. I completed the following studies: B.Nursing General and Psychiatry, Nursing Administration, Community Nursing Science, and Occupational Health. I am also a qualified midwife and have a certificate in Dispensing for Health Care Professionals. In 2007 I completed what was perhaps my most enjoyable challenge - completing the New Insights Life Coaching certification Programme.

My family
I am happily married to Ian and have two wonderful daughters, Natáscha and Aimée.

My coaching business
After 25 years as a professional nurse I resigned and set about creating a holistic lifestyle management programme for women, called Life-Renovation. To be honest, it took me years to gather the courage to make this career change. But I simply could not ignore my inner voice any longer - I knew that to be a life coach was my true life's purpose and my passion.
