I am a qualified reverent, I have a passion to help people and can tutor and uplift even the most desperate and depressed people. I am a keen body builder and believe in absolute fitness and wellbeing of one's entire body. I am a also
a successful businessman.

As an ordained minister Jan van Rensburg gained experience not only in the relevant functions of a minister, but especially developing and strengthening his organisational, communication, managerial and supervisory skills. He also obtained experience in the areas of social welfare (both family and youth), inter-personal relationship as well as finance and administration. Research and report writing formed an integral part of these tasks as minister.

Have excellent interpersonal and communicational skills. Handling of confidential social problems in community as well as in ministry. Collecting of data, retrieval of applicable information for compiling of sermons and speeches. He is fully computer literate.

As manager/owner of a retail shop he obtained experience in the fields of commercial finance and administrative management. He gained extensive experience in planning, estimating and cost control as well as market research.

He can take charge, guide groups in meetings and shared goal, lists the steps necessary to meet this goal and then develop a plan of action. He is an effective communicator with communication skills. He knows how to listen. By giving praise for good work he is able to influence and inspire people to motivate them to complete set tasks. Through process of persuasion and example he is also able to induce a group to take action and complete tasks. Make sure assigned tasks are understood, supervised and accomplished. Planning and delegating tasks. Take responsibility for the success or failure of a project. Recognizes the contributions of others and celebrates their accomplishments.

His training as artisan and draughtsman underwrites the experience gained being meticulous of nature. He did precision drawings on the new design and manufacturing of locomotive bodies. He did also a fair amount of supervising.

Community service – His inputs in community needs assessments and situation analysis to identify available infrastructure, community issues and concerns. Facilitation, negotiations, and mediations on community and youth groups.
