I'm Michael (or Mike) Bond. I'm 56 years old and live in the beautiful seaside hamlet of Kommetjie near Cape Town.

I have spent this time learning & growing with my own business, my family, my relationship with my partner, my children, and the normal financial and survival issues we all face.

The journey has been interesting and in many ways fun. It's not always been pleasant but it has certainly been eventful!

Upon retiring, I wanted to share my experiences with people who may then learn from my ups and downs and so benefit themselves both personally and commercially.

I believe everybody deserves to understand and be equipped to be the best person they can be - and I feel it is my time to give back. As a New Insights Certified Coach I am trained to share experiences with people seeking guidance and encouragement with business, vocational or career-based issues.

Coaching is about inspiring you to succeed by ensuring you achieve your goals and develop to your full potential. Through New Insights Coaching I make this a simple, practical but incredibly powerful process.
