Session One no-shows

Hi all,

I have recently experienced quite a few potential clients making contact and setting up their FREE session one - but they do not show for whatever reason.

99% of them want to reschedule which I am happy to do - but I explain to them my cancellation policy which is: Your first session is free, however if you miss it you are liable to pay for the rescheduled session 1.

Sometimes people are not so motivated when it comes to freebies but they definitely take it seriously when they pay for their sessions.

Hi Marenella, when you tell them they have to pay if they miss the first free one, do they then decide that suddenly they can come to that scheduled session after all?

Good approach

The free session is an integral part of the New Insights approach. The problem with a freebie, however, is that there?s no 'cost' attached to declining it at the last minute or not pitching up.

I think your approach is a clever one. Let us know how it works.
