Now as you can see, Sharon is really, really good at inspiring people to be all that they can be – so you must be thinking that she is going to cost a fortune to get her coaching you 1 on 1?

Well normally, you would have to pay £100 per session for Sharon to coach you - that's around R1450, which I admit, is pretty steep in local terms. Sharon coached me by telephone and caused me to do a complete ‘about face’ on my initial, uneducated conviction that effective coaching could only happen face-to-face.
