Smiling and Attitude

Practising a smile and using a smile and a positive attitude can change many situations.
I have practised it so many times and have had wonderful results...

When I'm feeling irritable, I stop to change my attitude and therefore manage to pull myself out of a bad mood and avoid a confrontation.

Those who do not choose to smile back might just think on it later. Who can turn down a smiling face...

Try this... smile at everyone you have eye contact with or anyone who looks your way. A nod or greeting and a smile can change so many bad situations into pleasant ones.

The Power of a Positive Attitude
by: Mara Burger

Dear Sharon,

I agree with you 100%! Good thoughts and actions can never produce bad results; and bad thoughts and actions can never produce good results.

The way to change the world into a better place is to change yourself and your life into what you want it to be, and set an example for others to do the same.

Keep on smiling!
