I have really enjoyed doing the New Insights life coaching course. At the time of writing I have just received my certification - and I can’t wait to get started!
For someone who has never done anything like this before, I found the manuals easy to read and understand and the whole format simply laid out with a structured approach that I really needed.
The structure gave me the confidence to feel that I could actually succeed without sacrificing flexibility. As I started seeing clients in my practice sessions, I felt able to add on some things or change things a little to meet the individual's needs.

For the last couple of years I have been looking for something that I could start doing that would encompass my passion for people, sharing and personal development.
