Congratulations on starting your new life as a Life Coach :-)

Congratulations on starting your new life as a Life Coach :-)

Allow me to welcome you to The New Insights Life Coaching Family!!

You are now an official member of a great fun and curious club that helps people live their dreams.

New Insights is my dream come true.

In 2000 I was living in Sydney Australia. I was a chef for many years and I’ve cooked in some of the best restaurants in the world under people who’s job it was to shout at me all day! (think Gordon Ramsey!) and then I owned 5 restaurants in Jersey and Sydney until finally I owned a HUGE restaurant with 45 guys working for me and then I realised I didn’t actually like what I was doing anymore….. well once I had this profound realization being the huge action taker I was (sic) I waited 18 months and started drinking A LOT instead!!

Then one day a friend recommended I see a life coach, I was aghast! A Life Coach!!! ME!! Never, I was scared and insecure hiding behind bravado and ego.

But I grudgingly went, and BOY I was very hard work!! Shut down emotionally and scared to reveal who I was.

Caro (my Life Coach) was up for the challenge!

She worked with me and helped me so much that I used to leave my coaching sessions on a high, then one day she asked me about my purpose in life. I’d never thought of it before but with her help I uncovered it:

“My mission in life is to create companies that inspire and educate people and leave a positive impact on the world and to be a role model of the limitless possibilities of mankind”

I cried the first tear in many many years and was left feeling inspired and unsure of the future as I knew for sure I was in the wrong job….

I called Caro the next day for some advice and told her I was scared but I knew I needed to make a change. She coached me through it and asked me great questions and I knew then that I wanted to be a life Coach too.

So I spent the next 5 years studying with the best of the best (my father taught me this) and I now lead the sort of life I could only have dreamed of all those years ago.

I truly feel blessed to be doing what I do, and yes, I have my fair share of days when I’m unsure of what to do or I am challenged by people but I’ve realised that this is all part of the game, and it doesn’t matter what you do, you’re going to have those days!

However they are impact less on your life when you’re doing what you love and loving what you do.

I’m married to Natasha who is without a doubt my soul mate. We’ve been married since 2001 and she is both my greatest supporter and biggest challenger - and that’s the way it should be.

I also have a gorgeous daughter, Isabella Jasmine. She was born in August 2007.

Bill Burridge as you know runs New Insights in South Africa and there's a whole other story about how I met Bill... let's just say there are no coincidences :-)

Suffice to say I love working with Bill and I know with him at the helm in South Africa you're in great hands.

Before I go, I want to leave you with this:

Challenge is truly the only way you can grow, so now I look for problems and challenges that I can solve because I know now that to be the man to solve them I must evolve and grow to higher concentric spheres of consciousness.

So there you have it some “potted” Neil history,

Now let’s hear yours!

Use this forum to share ideas and help each other. Together we can create lasting change in the world and make a positive difference to the lives of many others.

With my love and best wishes

Neil Asher

I need a coach!
by: Margaret

Thanks for sharing yourself with us Neil. I am greatly encouraged! I LOVE doing the practical, enjoy all the info in the manuals, BUT am really nervous of doing the tests! Don't know what the reason is, but that's my challenge. I need a coach!!
