As a valued customer or member of New Insights Africa 'family' we welcome you to use the online resources that we are able to make available to you below.

The only stipulation is that you use this exclusively for your own purposes and that you refrain from giving out the password or allowing access to anyone who is not a bona fide, New Insights trainee or coach in good standing.

Some of the accessible PDF files are fairly large and may take a while to download. This will depend on the speed of your connection - so please be patient :-)

The Forum

To enter The Forum you can either click on the image above or, in future, you can access it directly from the site menu bar on the left (button marked 'The Forum').

You will have been assigned a username (e.g. joe-bloggs) and a computer generated password to The Forum within the first three weeks of first becoming a trainee

The Forum is simple to use and represents a very powerful tool to help you make the most of your training and coaching experience.

If this is the first time you are entering The Forum or you want to learn how to use it more effectively, you'll find a quick guide in your Introduction & Ethics Manual (Version 3 onwards).

In addition we strongly recommend you study three quick tutorials. These are available in two alternative forms below:

5 minute online videos (best if you have a high speed Internet connection)
Brief downloadable Powerpoint presentations (best if you have a slow Internet connection or can't view the videos effectively).

The Coaching Session Notes are available in electronic format on your Resources CD. Alternatively, you can download the latest coaching session notes from the New Insights Dropbox via the links below.

Skills Training Self Test Assignments

As part of the New Insights Certification Requirements you are expected to submit a self-test upon completion of Parts 1 to 7 of the skills training material.

We only accept self tests in electronic format (preferably via email).

The self tests are available in MS Word format from your Resources CD. Alternatively you may download them from the New Insights Dropbox using the link below.

Practice Client Feedback Forms

When you start with your practice coaching sessions, you'll need to get your clients to complete feedback forms that you are required to submit to New Insights Africa.

The required forms can be found on your Resources CD - but you can also download the latest forms from the folder on the New Insights Dropbox by clicking on the link below.
