We recognise that your decision to register for our life coach training and certification programme is an important step and we don't expect you to take it lightly.
To help make your decision as risk free as possible we agree to refund the amount that you pay upon registration (less the cost we incurred to courier deliver the material to you) if, for whatever reason, you change your mind within 30 calendar days of first registering.
Should you have chosen to pay the registration fee in instalments, with one of our Easy-Pay-Plans, we will also terminate any debit order or recurring payment agreement that you may have entered into with us. In the event that the first installment is deducted before you cancel registration within the thirty day period, we will include that amount in the refund we make to you.
Should you decide to cancel your registration within the initial thirty day period you will first need to notify us, by email, at the address printed on the back cover of any of the training manuals.
We will email you back with the address to which you should return the programme material.
You will then be required, at your cost, to return all of the life coach training programme and (if applicable) bonus material delivered to you. The material, both printed and digital, must be returned in new, reusable/resaleable condition. To ensure this, we suggest you package the content in a similar way to that in which you received it.
If the condition of any of the material is found not to be in resaleable condition, we will advise you of the charges that will be levied to bring it to that state. Any such charges will be deducted from the monies we will refund you.
We will endeavour to process your refund within seven working days of receiving the material and assessing it for reusability/resaleability.
If you chose the PRO course option and you have already partly utilised such services, a pro rata amount to cover the services used will be deducted from your refund.
