The New Insights Africa Refund and Return Policy
Our Policy We recognise that your decision to register for our life coach training and certification programme is an important step and we don't expect you to take it lightly. To help make your decision as risk free as possible we agree to refund the amount that you pay upon registration (less a small administration fee - see below) if, for whatever reason, you change your mind within 30 calendar days of first registering. Should you have chosen to pay the registration fee in installments, with our Easy-Pay-Plan, we will also terminate any debit order or recurring payment agreement that you may have entered into with us. In the event that the first installment is deducted before you cancel registration within the thirty day period, we will include that amount in the refund we make to you. Should you decide to cancel your registration within the initial thirty day period you will need to notify us, by email, to bill@life-coach-training-sa.com. You will then be required, at your cost, to return all of the life coach training programme and (if applicable) bonus material delivered to you. The material, both printed and digital, must be returned in good reusable order to the address that we will supply you. We will endeavour to process your refund within seven working days of receiving the material and assessing it for reusability. Administration Fee The administration fee referred to above is calculated at 3.5% of the gross invoiced amount excluding any optional additional services you may have chosen and is levied to cover the original costs of assembling and shipping your programme material.
