Click the download button next to the report and you'll be taken to our Dropbox (will open in a new browser window/tab) from where you can download the document.
Once in Dropbox, click on the three small dots at the top right of your screen (opposite the file name) to reveal the Download option.
Save the file to your desktop or location of your choice.

If you use Gmail the email may get routed to your 'Promotions' folder. Simply find the message, left-click on it and drag it from your Promotions tab over to your Primary tab. Then click 'Yes' to make the change permanent.

In our experience Vodamail (in particular), Hotmail and to a lesser extent Yahoo mail, are often a little too eager to completely block legitimate emails as spam.
If you don't receive our email at all (not even in your junk/spam mail folder) then this may be the problem and you may want to consider using a different ISP / email address.
