Our Mission
We aim to bring personal freedom, confidence and growth to people from all walks of life.
We look to achieve this through the efforts of an international and independent network of quality life coaches who have been trained and certified in our methods and unique life coaching system.
Our Philosophy
At New Insights Africa, we seek to provide our students, trainees and coaches with value that far exceeds the cost of our products and services.
We use remote based home study and online solutions to ensure our life coach training and business opportunity is widely available at affordable rates.
We back this with good old fashioned, caring, personal and responsive service and support.
We will never compromise on quality of training or support.
Our Values
At New Insights Africa we value honesty, integrity and respect for all we deal with. Most of all we value and uphold ethical coaching,
Ethics is – or should be – the cornerstone of our business and industry.
We've signed a commitment to business ethics - and we intend to operate by it!
All of our trainee coaches sign a life coaching code of ethics that binds them to coach ethically.
NEW INSIGHTS IS Internationally represented
Our operations are conducted from South Africa (Cape Town) and the United Kingdom (London).
However, due to the unique, home study and online nature of our training, we support trainee life coaches located in many different countries around the world from as far afield as Canada, the United Arab Emirates, Kenya and New Zealand.
In Africa we currently support trainees in many countries such as Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Kenya and Mauritius ... and the list is growing!
We are represented in Africa by New Insights Africa Coaching and Communication (a Close Corporation, registration number 2007 / 085446 / 23, registered in South Africa)
NEW INSIGHTS IS Internationally accredited
New Insights is proud to be accredited by two progressive and very reputable international bodies, the UK based CPD Standards Office and the Dutch based International Coaches Register (ICR).
We are also accredited by the UK based Accredited Counsellors Coaches Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists (ACCPH).

New Insights Africa carries Coach Training Provider membership of the Coaches and Mentors Association of South Africa.
New Insights Africa became a member of COMENSA in 2007, shortly after its inception in 2006, and has remained committed to the local body and its aspirations ever since. You can find out more by clicking here.

Gail McMillan, New Insights certified life coach from Durbanville."Hi there, my name is Gail.
When I decided to train as a life coach, I did extensive research. I found that there are lots of training providers and different courses to choose from.
I chose the New Insights Life Coach Training and Certification Programme primarily because I was looking for thorough training that included a substantial practice coaching component, and that would give me the skills and confidence to practice life coaching with confidence and competence, regardless of a client's background, circumstances or needs.
I also wanted to study with a well-established organisation that is accredited by the key South African and international life coaching agencies, and preferably one that has a presence abroad as well as in South Africa. (After living abroad for many years, I knew that this would give the qualification greater credibility among potential coaching clients outside South Africa).
For me, it was also essential that I could do the training remotely and in my own time. The New Insights programme ticked all of those boxes for me. I now know that I made the right decision. The course is rigorous but manageable, especially with the support of Bill Burridge and his team, who have been highly responsive and supportive.
I'm excited now to be an accredited life coach and also licensed by New Insights to continue using all the materials and tools that helped my practice clients who completed the full programme to achieve some really significant breakthroughs.
