This is normally outside of our control. However, we would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

MANUAL EFT PAYMENT ALTERNATIVE

If Secure EFT payment was declined for some unknown reason but you do have sufficient funds readily available, you may instead wish to make payment by manual bank transfer (EFT).
