Hi Debbie. I hope I have understood your question correctly.

As part of the requirements for New Insights certification you are expected to complete a number of practice sessions with a range of volunteer clients.

We supply everything you need to conduct the practice coaching and get feedback from your clients which will help you home your coaching skills.

The whole idea is to prepare you fully to be able to coach professionally once you have completed our certification.
