The Power of Constructive Thinking

This topic was really enlightening and reassuring at the same time as I sometimes suffer from "negative thinking" but also reflect often on issues and see this as a positive way of dealing with things. I therefore liked the alternative view of constructive thinking which encompasses both sides of the pendulum rather than seeing only positive thinking as good!!
